Thank you for visiting our page! Hopefully you will know us better and we pray that this will be the beginning of a continuing relationship.

We believe that the Lord has established our church in the Northwest suburbs for a purpose. That was almost twenty years ago, and by God's grace, the ministry continues on to grow.

However, we are convinced that the Lord expects us to be faithful to Him until He comes again, and this might be at any moment! Therefore, this means that we need to “occupy ‘til He comes.”

That is why our church is committed to “soul-winning.” All of our activities are directed to present Christ as the only Savior from sin. This is always the focus of our teaching and preaching. We want this to be clear and understood by our children, youth, adults, and everyone in the church. We want to be faithful to the last words of Christ, “to make disciples of all nations.” We understand that Christ’s purpose for this age is, “I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” It is always our prayer that anyone who knows us, and all those who come to visit with us will have the opportunity to hear and know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

We are also committed to biblical worship. While we encourage growth through intimacy with God through personal times with Him via prayer and meditations from the Word, we also “do not give up meeting together,” but continue on to devote ourselves “to the Apostles teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and prayer.” Our weekly Sunday worship is a time of “praise in hymns and spiritual songs” as we also “let the word of Christ dwell in us.” It would be great if you could join us in this weekly public worship. We sincerely welcome you to be part of us.

We also believe that as a church we are “one body in Christ.” We regard our relationship with one another as vital and significant. We make an extra effort to put to reality the truth that we are a family church. God is our father and we who are redeemed by Jesus Christ are His children. We believe that this “one body” is composed of believers “from every nation, tribe, people and language.” Surely, NFBC is culturally diverse, but truly, we are a church family that “prays together, praises together, and serves the Lord together.”

Pray with us, better yet, join us as we seek to win the lost world for Jesus Christ, as we worship Him together in faithfulness, unity, and love.
