Cirilo & Dory Doguiles Mission Agency Baptist General Conference Target People Multi-Cultural Communities in the USA Ministry Director – BGC Cultural Association Team National Coordinator – BGC Filipino Ministries Home Church Northwest Filipino Baptist Church

Ministry Description:

·        Recruit church planters to start 25 new BGC Filipino churches in the USA by 2005.

·        Lead the BGC Cultural Association Team in strategic planning, leadership development and church multiplication and mobilization.

·        Plan and coordinate national events and leadership training for multi-cultural ministries.

·        Consult with BGC Districts as they expand ministry to diverse cultures in the BGC.

·        Work with the National coordinators of the Vietnamese, Haitian and Hispanic ministries in their goal of planting 85 new churches by 2005.

 

Current Ministry Projects Involvement:

·        TeamPhil – this project of establishing a national church multiplication and mobilization in the Philippines is in its formative stage.

·        Bayanihan – this is a sister-church relationship ministry project that we are setting up in the Philippines with the Minnesota District and BGC Filipino churches.

·        BGC Lead Team – this is a BGC system strategy to enhance church planting and church growth among BGC Filipino churches across the USA. Cirilo has set up and attend quarterly meetings of 4 Filipino Lead Teams.

 

Prayer Requests:

·        Pray for Cirilo’s trip to the Philippines on Feb 6-18 to conduct training of church planters in Manila and Cebu. He will also set up the initial Bayanihan project while he is there.

·        Pray for more ministry partners (churches and individuals). They still need monthly support of $2,000.00.

·        Pray for Cirilo’s speaking engagements in CA and in Florida this month and in March.

·        Pray for a key leader to start a Chinese Church Planting initiative in the US.
